1993 MATTES & AMMANN KG acquired the shares of
BOBABY AG
in Switzerland and transferred the production of the circular knitting facility to Tieringen in Germany.
With the remaining shares MATTES & AMMANN GmbH & Co.KG created a new company in Switzerland, in which it held the majority.
This company was sold at the end of 2010 and a new company was created: MATTES & AMMANNAG.
