Warp knitting facility 2

This division was re-equipped in the year 2002.

The state-of-the-art machinery enables

• the use of huge warp beams

• winding on rising roll batchers, which allows the use of large rolls

• a width of up to 550 cm,

• full monitoring of the division by cameras and linking to warp knitting facility 1 by means of a TV transmission unit,

• monitoring of all machines with three fault monitoring units,

• the design of the division to handle ghost shifts in every respect.

For reasons of security / safety, both warp knitting facilities 1 and 2 are now monitored by TV during ghost shifts, with pictures being transmitted into the knitting facility which operates 24/7.
